We run integrated paid, SEO, and email programmes for Irish businesses. Same team handles strategy, creative, and execution, so what we run is what we shipped.
Performance marketing at Rooftop pulls four levers together: paid search, paid social, SEO, and email. Each is run by the same in-house team that handles your creative and your website, so the messaging stays consistent and the data loop is short. We don't outsource media buying to a separate shop. We build the audiences, write the copy, ship the creative, and measure what actually returns.

How we work
The process
01
Audit + targets
We start with where you are: spend, channels, returns, attribution gaps. Then we set the commercial target the work has to hit.
02
Plan + structure
Channel mix, audience structure, creative brief, measurement. Signed off before any spend goes through.
03
Build + launch
Account build, creative production, tracking, QA. Launch on agreed dates.
04
Optimise + report
Weekly optimisation cadence. Monthly performance review. Quarterly strategy review with the leadership team.
Yes. Performance and creative sit in the same team at Rooftop. That's the whole point, what we ship in-channel is built by the same people who set the brief.
Are we a fit for performance marketing?
We're a fit for businesses investing meaningfully in paid channels and ready to scale. If you're earlier in the journey, we'll usually recommend a single-channel start (typically Google Ads or SEO) until the data supports scaling out.
Do you offer one-off audits?
Yes. A standalone performance audit covers account health, attribution gaps, and a prioritised list of recommendations. We do these on their own or as the lead-in to an ongoing engagement.
How are you different from a pure media agency?
We don't subcontract creative. The team writing your ad copy is the team running your account, looking at the funnel, and feeding back to your website team. That tightens the loop and avoids the agency-of-agencies tax.
Let's talk about where you're headed.
Tell us what you're scaling, launching, or rebuilding. We'll come back with a thoughtful reply and a time to talk it through.
