We're looking for a Senior Designer to take the lead on brand and digital work, from full identity systems to websites and campaigns. You'll set the creative standard, present work to clients, and help bring on the designers around you. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who loves the craft and the commercial impact of great design.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of brand identities, websites, and campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Set and hold the creative bar across the studio's output.
- Present and rationalise creative work directly to clients.
- Art-direct photography, video and content shoots alongside our production team.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-weight designers.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in brand and/or digital design, ideally agency-side.
- A standout portfolio spanning identity and digital work.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong typography, layout and art-direction instincts.
- Confidence presenting and defending creative thinking to clients.
Nice to have
- Motion design or video editing skills.
- Experience designing for web build (working closely with developers).
- A point of view on brand strategy, not just execution.
